The awkward questions, answered plainly
Why is the manager side free?
Managers are the demand. You invite the vendors, and the vendors pay to keep properties they already won. Charging you would slow the only thing that makes the product useful.
What counts as a property?
One address under contract, however many buildings and units it holds. A 300-unit community is one property.
Do you charge per tech?
No. Not on any tier, not ever. Add the whole crew the day you start.
What if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted and no punch is blocked. The client-facing record for the affected property is hidden until the account is current. We will not break a crew's day over billing.
Can I drop a property mid-month?
Yes. Billing is monthly and prorated when you add or remove one.
